摘要:: 创新驱动本质上是人才驱动,建设高等教育强国的人才核心竞争力在于高校教师。高水平大学建设高素质教师队伍是服务国家发展战略的需要,有助于提升院校办学能力和教师教学科研水平。借助和利用竞争中合作的时代机遇、加强新时代教师队伍建设的政策机遇和生成式人工智能驱动的技术机遇,高水平大学建设高素质教师队伍需要完善教师评聘管理制度、加强资源投入与条件保障、优化教师引育机制、培养高层次创新人才,为实现中国式现代化提供智识支撑。

Abstract:: Innovation-driven development is, in essence, talent-driven. The core competitiveness of building a leading country in higher education hinges on the quality of its university academics. Cultivating a high-caliber faculty team in high-level universities is imperative for serving national development strategies, contributing to enhancing institutional capacity, and elevating the standards of teachers’ teaching and research. Grounded in the opportunities presented by the era—characterized as cooperative competition, supportive policies for strengthening faculty development, and technological advances driven by generative artificial intelligence—this study argues that building such a faculty requires refining faculty evaluation and appointment systems, increasing resource investment, optimizing mechanisms for talent introduction and cultivation, and fostering high-level innovative talents. These efforts are crucial to providing intellectual support for realizing Chinese modernization.
