摘要:
人才培养模式变革是新工业革命背景下高职院校提升适应性、实现高质量发展的重要路径。高职院校人才培养模式的变革,不仅需要在发展观层面实现由单向决定向双向互构转型,而且需要在实践逻辑层面把握“技术-人才培养模式”直接性互构逻辑与“技术-工作-人才培养模式”间接性互构逻辑。同时,通过产业经济显性需求与隐性需求的协同关注、职业教育工具理性与价值理性的融合达成、高职院校低位价值与高位价值共同彰显的多元措施运用,实现高职院校人才培养内涵更新与效益提升。
Abstract:
The reform of the talent cultivation mode is vital for higher vocational colleges to improve their adaptability and achieve quality development in the context of the new industrial revolution. To achieve this goal, it needs to transform the development value from one-way determinism to bidirectional constructivism. At the same time, it is also necessary to grasp the direct interaction logic of “technology-talent cultivation mode”and the indirect interaction logic of “technology-work-talent cultivation mode”. Additionally, we need to pay attention to the explicit and implicit needs of the industrial economy, to promote the synergy realization of instrumental rationality and value rationality in vocational education, and to present the value of higher vocational colleges at both the low and high levels.
