本研究基于学习投入视角,利用全国职业本科院校学情调查数据,运用多元线性回归模型对我国职业本科院校学生教育质量的影响因素开展实证研究。结果显示,学生投入对职业本科院校学生的教育质量有显著积极影响,其中以学习行为投入的影响最为突出;相较于学生投入和教师投入,学校投入对职业本科院校学生教育质量的影响更为显著;教师教学满意度对职业本科院校学生的教育质量有积极作用,但教师敬业度的促进作用不太稳定。为提高职业本科院校学生教育质量,建议优化学生投入路径,以学习行为投入为重点构建学习体系;优化学校投入结构,加强学习支持的精准性和有效性;优化教师投入模式,创新职教本科特色的教师教学评价与支持体系。
Abstract:
This study employs a student engagement perspective to empirically investigate factors influencing educational quality in China’s vocational undergraduate institutions. Using data from the first national large-scale survey of vocational undergraduate students, we implement multiple linear regression models to examine the influencing mechanisms. Results show that student engagement exerts significant positive effects on educational quality, with behavioral engagement demonstrating the strongest effect. Compared with student and faculty engagement, institutional engagement has a more significant impact on educational quality. While teaching satisfaction positively affects educational quality, the effect of faculty dedication remains unstable. To enhance educational quality in vocational undergraduate institutions, we recommend: (1)optimizing student engagement pathways by constructing a learning ecosystem centered on behavioral engagement as the central driver; (2)enhancing institutional investment structures to strengthen precision-targeted learning support and outcome-oriented effectiveness; (3)innovating faculty engagement models by establishing evaluation and support systems tailored to vocational undergraduate education characteristics.
