摘要:
高校教师劳动关系冲突是在学术劳动过程中因为经济关系、法律关系和社会关系问题引发的教师与高校之间的矛盾并诱发对抗的行为,主要表现为三种冲突类型,一是经济关系冲突,二是法律关系冲突,三是社会关系冲突;每类冲突又有若干具体表现形式。不同类型劳动关系冲突原因不同,对高校教师劳动关系的影响程度也有差异。纾解高校教师劳动关系的冲突,需要平衡高校劳动价值赋予与教师劳动价值期待之间的关系,夯实高校自主权利履行与教师劳动自主权之间的平等基础,以及促进高校战略目标与教师个体职业发展目标的和谐统一。
Abstract:
Labor relations conflicts between university teachers and universities refer to contradictions and confrontational behaviors triggered by economic, legal, and social relations issues in the process of academic labor. It is mainly manifested in three types of conflicts: economic relationship conflict, legal relationship conflict, and social relationship conflict, with each type having several specific manifestations. Different types of labor relations conflicts have different causes and varying degrees of influence on university teachers’ labor relations. To resolve labor relations conflicts of university teachers, it is necessary to balance the relationship between the labor value bestowed by universities and teachers’ labor value expectations, consolidate the equal foundation between the fulfillment of university autonomy and teachers’ labor autonomy, and promote the harmonious unity of university strategic objectives and teachers’ individual career development goals.
