我国大学高层次人才成规模流动始于世纪之交,并源于制度变革。为探讨人才流动的变迁动力问题,本研究基于5类项目人才8939份简历信息以年份为组别开展了一项历史实证研究。统计结果呈现了收入水平、机构声望、地域、年龄的作用机制在1998-2022年间的变化情况,证实市场性要素对高层次人才流动的影响随着制度的演变会发生阶段性变化。伴随着高等教育领域市场化治理制度变革不断走向纵深化,市场因素对高层次人才流动的影响也日渐强化并趋于规范,这不仅塑造了我国大学高层次人才流动的变迁动力,更彰显出人才流动的新模式。为此,转向复杂化思维,纳入制度维度开展学术流动的系统研究有望成为与西方理性选择解释逻辑并立的新范式。

The large-scale flow of high-level talents in China began at the turn of the century and originated from systemic reforms. To explore the driving forces behind the changes in talent mobility, this study conducted a historical empirical analysis based on 8,939 resumes of funding recipients from five national projects. Statistical results revealed the changing mechanisms of income level, institutional reputation, age, and region from 1998 to 2022, confirming that the influence of market factors on high-level talent mobility undergoes periodic changes with systemic evolution. The study suggests that as market-oriented governance reforms in higher education deepen, the influence of market factors on talents mobility was becoming stronger and more standardized, not only molding the evolutionary dynamics of high-level talent mobility in Chinese universities but also demonstrating new patterns of mobility. Therefore, shifting to complex thinking and incorporating institutional dimensions into systematic research on academic mobility is expected to become a new paradigm alongside the Western rational choice explanation logic.
