- 人工智能的“非人类智能”对研究生教育的冲击正在重塑研究生教育生态。研究生教育管理从单点的信息技术应用的数字化转换,走向全面的数字化转型。研究生教育管理也产生深刻变革,数智技术与研究生教育管理通过“互联”促“互通”、以“数字”促“精准”、以“整合”促“多元”、以“平台”促“局部”的深度融合,突破时空限制,发挥模拟真实情境、创造性能力开发等独特优势,从“赋理”“赋权”“赋信”“赋效”四个维度形塑研究生教育管理新方向。
- Abstract:
- The impact of Artificial Intelligence’s “non human intelligence”on graduate education is reshaping the ecosystem of graduate education. Postgraduate education management has shifted from single-point digital transformation of information technology applications to comprehensive digital transformation. Deep changes have also occurred in graduate education management: digital intelligence technologies and graduate education management achieve deep integration by promoting“interconnection for interoperability,”“digitization for precision,”“integration for diversity,”and“platform for localization,”breaking through time-space limitations, leveraging unique advantages such as real-life scenario simulation, and developing creative capabilities. They shape new directions for graduate education management from four dimensions:“rational empowerment,”“authority empowerment,”“efficiency empowerment,” and“trust empowerment”.
