The pursuit of “embracing the world, guiding through culture” is the core of the educators’ spirit. In the face of unprecedented global changes, educators must, from an ontological perspective,carry forward the way of being teacher and uphold the educational philosophy of coexistence,co-governance,and co-construction.They should cultivate the new generation through Chinese traditional culture, revolutionary culture, and socialist culture. From a methodological perspective, educators should adopt a world-oriented view of learning, refine their character with the vision of Great Harmony, and promote the educator’s spirit through the aspiration of building a community with a shared future for mankind.This approach holds significant practical value for nurturing the educator’s spirit.
