摘要:
“胸怀天下、以文化人的弘道追求”是教育家精神的核心要义。在世界百年未有之大变局的时代背景下,从本体论维度剖析,教师需传承师道,秉持共存、共治、共建的教育理念,以中华优秀传统文化、红色革命文化、社会主义先进文化以及中国视角下的世界先进文化为依托,着力培育时代新人;从方法论维度探讨,教师要以求学问道的世界眼光涵养精神底色,以天下大同的格局锤炼精神风范,以构建人类命运共同体的抱负弘扬精神追求。对这一核心要义的深入探究与实践,于培育教育家精神有重要的现实意义。
Abstract:
The pursuit of “embracing the world, guiding through culture” is the core of the educators’ spirit. In the face of unprecedented global changes, educators must, from an ontological perspective,carry forward the way of being teacher and uphold the educational philosophy of coexistence,co-governance,and co-construction.They should cultivate the new generation through Chinese traditional culture, revolutionary culture, and socialist culture. From a methodological perspective, educators should adopt a world-oriented view of learning, refine their character with the vision of Great Harmony, and promote the educator’s spirit through the aspiration of building a community with a shared future for mankind.This approach holds significant practical value for nurturing the educator’s spirit.
