本文基于知识社会学的研究视角,对高校哲学社会科学国际影响力的内涵机制进行学理性阐释,提出了国际学术影响力的分析框架,探讨了全球科研系统与国际学术关系、全球化与技术的耦合、高校国际化策略与学术生态环境的动态趋势及其对影响力的作用。研究指出走向世界的中国哲学社会科学需要从被动追随走向主动创新,避免平庸的生产力,支持卓越的影响力。坚持解蔽与求新结合,破除指标和量化体系对质量与内涵的遮蔽,破解外部评价和绩效评估对学术共同体价值的遮蔽,超越追赶和竞争思维对创新与贡献思维的遮蔽;“欲求超胜,必先会通”是自我超越和弊去新成的基石,围绕加快构建自主知识体系,打破中心和边缘分割的结构关系,站在人类命运共同体和文明互鉴的高度,筑造全球学术兼容并包、美美与共的格局。
Abstract:
This article provides a theoretical interpretation of the connotative mechanisms underlying the international academic influence of philosophy and social sciences in universities, drawing on the research perspective of the sociology of knowledge. It proposes an analytical framework for international academic influence and explores the dynamics of the global research system and international academic relations, the coupling of globalization and technology, the internationalization strategies of universities and academic ecological environments, as well as their impacts on influence. The study indicates that as Chinese philosophy and social sciences go global, they need to shift from passive following to proactive innovation, avoiding mediocre productivity and supporting outstanding influence. It emphasizes the combination of unveiling and innovating, lifting the veil that indicators and quantitative systems cast over quality and essence, uncovering the values of the academic community obscured by external evaluations and performance assessments, and transcending the mindset of pursuit and competition to embrace innovation and contribution. The principle that “to seek transcendence, one must first achieve comprehension and integration” serves as the cornerstone for self-transcendence and innovation by overcoming flaws. Focusing on accelerating the construction of an autonomous knowledge system, this paper advocates breaking down the structural divides between centers and peripheries, standing at the height of a global community of shared future and mutual learning among civilizations, and fostering an inclusive and harmonious global academic landscape.
