摘要:
高质量发展是面向研究生教育自身转型之需、科技创新之需、复合型人才培养之需的价值选择。数智时代研究生教育发展呈现多维之“变”:传统知识生产模式转向智能化知识生产模式;师生关系由传统二元论转向多元协同论;研究生培养模式从单一化向个性化转变,培养目标以知识为主转向更加强调“能力为重、价值为先”;科研组织结构从单一主体走向多元主体,科研创新方式从松散耦合走向高效协同等。面向未来,研究生教育应主动适应时代之变、技术之变,探索基于交互式知识网络的突破性创新、加强面向新质生产力的新质人才培养、基于价值共创高质量推进有组织科研、以人机有效协同实现高质量“教”与“学”。
Abstract:
High-quality development is a value choice for the transformation of graduate education itself, technological innovation, and the cultivation of versatile talents. The development of graduate education in the era of digital intelligence presents multidimensional changes: the traditional knowledge production mode is shifting towards an intelligent knowledge production mode; the teacher-student relationship is shifting from traditional dualism to multidimensional collaboration; the graduate education model is shifting from singularity to individualization, with the training objective shifting from knowledge-based to emphasizing “ability first, value first”; the organizational structure of scientific research is shifting from a single entity to multiple entities, and the innovative methods of scientific research have moved from loose coupling to efficient collaboration. Facing the future, graduate education should actively adapt to the changes of the times and technology, explore breakthrough innovations based on interactive knowledge networks, strengthen the cultivation of new quality talents for new quality productivity, promote organized scientific research based on value co-creation, and achieve high-quality “teaching” and “learning” through effective human-machine collaboration.
