摘要:
新时代背景下的“教育强国”国家重大战略寄托着党和国家对于通过教育建设社会主义现代化强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴的殷切期望和深沉期待。基于社会主义现代化强国模型建构,社会主义现代化强国是国家安全稳定、兴旺发达、文明昌盛、人才济济和具有强大国际权威的高水平大国,依赖于安全能力、核心技术创新力、文化软实力、人才竞争力与全球领导力五个核心国家能力的支撑。国家逻辑视角下教育强国价值实质就是以教强国,即通过教育凝聚支持国家发展的五个核心能力,实现以教安邦维护国家安全稳定、以教兴国促进国家兴旺发达、以教育才满足国家人才需要、以教化人建设国家精神文明、以教立世塑造国家国际权威,最终推动社会主义现代化强国的建成,由此构成以教强国模型。以教强国是教育的个体性价值、社会性价值和教育性价值统一于国家发展、回应国家重大发展战略的必然选择,其所内嵌的“教育-国家能力-国家水平”的价值链揭示了教育发展与国家发展的深刻关系,展现了“教育为国”的使命担当。
Abstract:
The major national strategy of “strengthening the country through education” in the new era embodies the earnest and profound expectations of the Party and the country for building a powerful socialist modern country and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through education. Based on the model of a powerful socialist modern country, a powerful socialist modern country should have high-level national security, stability, prosperity, civilization, abundant talents, and strong global authority. It relies on the support of five core national capabilities: national security capability, core technological innovation capability, cultural soft power, talent competitiveness, and global leadership. Based on this, from the perspective of national logic, the value of building an education power is equal to building a powerful country through education, that is to consolidate the five core capabilities that support national development through education to achieve the goal of building a country with a safe environment, advanced technology, strong talent, rich culture, and global authority, and ultimately promote the construction of a socialist modernized strong country. This constitutes the model of building a powerful country through education. Building a powerful country through education is an inevitable choice for the unity of individual, social, and educational values of education in national development and response to major national development strategies. The embedded value chain of “education -national capacity -national level” reveals the profound relationship between education development and national development, demonstrating the mission of “education for the country.”
