摘要:: 培养体育创新人才是建设体育强国的必然要求。新时代体教融合背景下,体育创新人才应在掌握体育知识和技巧的基础上,具备创新意识、创新思维和创新能力。在体育领域中推动创新发展,从而彰显体育的制度生命力、大众亲和力、国际竞争力、经济贡献力、文化软实力和世界影响力。针对当前我国体育创新人才培养存在的培养模式封闭、资源配置不均和评价机制僵化等问题,应进一步优化人才培养机制、协同资源配置机制、改革人才评价机制,为新时代体育强国建设贡献人才资源和创新动力。

Abstract:: Cultivating innovative sports talent is an essential requirement for constructing a sports powerhouse. In the new era, under the backdrop of physical education and sports integration, innovative sports talents should not only master sports knowledge and skills but also possess innovative awareness, thinking, and capability. Innovation in the sports sector should be promoted to enhance the institutional vitality, mass appeal, international competitiveness, economic contribution, cultural soft power, and global influence of sports. Addressing the current issues in China's training of innovative sports talents—such as closed training models, uneven resource allocation, and rigid evaluation mechanisms—this paper argues for the further optimization of talent training mechanisms, coordination of resource allocation mechanisms, and the reform of talent evaluation systems, all to contribute talent resources and innovative drive to the construction of a sports powerhouse in the new era.
