The advancement of education digitization has been elevated to a national strategic level. The profound integration of digital technologies with graduate education is revolutionizing the dynamics and operations of graduate education management. Positioned at the confluence of building a powerful nation, an innovative country, and a digital China, and keeping pace with the digital intelligence era, this study scrutinizes and addresses the timely, situational, and digital-driven transformations in graduate education, its management, and the organizational structures governing it. Through the enablement of digital intelligence, this research envisions a radical shift and restructuring of the organizational forms in graduate education management, transitioning from a content-oriented to a function-oriented dimension and from a hierarchical bureaucracy to a platform-oriented model.
