“双一流”建设方案基于大学、学院、学科三重逻辑对构建我国一流大学建设高校的高质量教育体系作了宏观统筹,教师教育体系是高质量教育体系的重要构成要素。当前,我国一流大学建设高校的教师教育体系构建面临着三重困境:大学层面,一流大学建设高校举办教师教育的积极性不高;学院层面,一流大学建设高校设立教师教育专业机构的数量薄弱;学科层面,教师教育的一流学科支撑力度不够。究其原因,大学原生职能中教师教育的空缺、高等学校院系调整对教师教育的束缚,以及优势学科评估对教师教育的冲击均对上述困境的产生造成影响。前瞻未来,“双一流”建设背景下一流大学建设高校的教师教育体系构建,需要在制度层面确立一流大学建设高校教师教育体系的机构和学科制度保障;在机构层面建设一轨多级的教师教育专业学院体系,探索教师教育多元模式;在学科层面,加强一流文理学科、教育学科和教师教育学科的耦合共生,共同发展。
Abstract:
Based on the logic of universities, colleges, and disciplines, the “double first-class” construction plan puts forward corresponding requirements for the construction of first-class university teacher education system. In this context, the construction of China’s first-class university teacher education system is faced with three dilemmas: weak colleges, single carrier, and absence of disciplines. The reasons are as follows: The vacancy of teacher education in the original function of university, the restriction of the adjustment of colleges and departments, and the impact of the evaluation of superior subjects on teacher education. Looking forward to the future, the construction of first-class university teacher education system under the background of “double first-class” needs to establish the first-class university to build the system of teacher education system of institutions of higher learning at the level of institutional, construct a multi-level teacher education professional college system at the level of colleges and universities, and explore the multi-mode of teacher education. At the disciplinary level, the coupling and symbiosis of first-class arts and sciences, education and teacher education should be strengthened for common development.
