摘要:
加拿大大学教学学术的发展具有典型性。文章从宏观-中观-微观三个层面对加拿大大学教学学术的发展做出了系统性解构。从宏观层面而言,国家性的组织和行动建立了教学学术的共同体框架,促进了教学学术的意义认知和传播。从中观层面而言,建立在职称晋升、奖励和资助基础上的政策规制,激发了教师的教学学术行为,借助教学发展中心,将教学学术的学校政策具体化。从微观层面而言,教师对教学学术的投入越来越明显,教学学术行为成为提升教学质量的重要工具。通过加拿大的经验来看,建立多级联动的制度框架,将教学学术与教师发展制度融合,以及转向内部驱动的质量提升范式可以有效地加速教学学术的发展。
Abstract:
The development of Scholarship of Teaching and Learning in Canada is typical. This paper systematically deconstructs the development of this movement from three aspects: macro-middle-micro. From the macro point of view, the national organization and action have established the community framework of Scholarship of Teaching and Learning and promoted the cognition and dissemination of this movement. At the middle level, the policy regulation based on the promotion, reward and subsidy of professional titles stimulates teachers’ participation in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning. With the help of teaching development centers, schools are able to implement more tailored policies of Scholarship of Teaching and Learning. From the micro point of view, teachers' investment in Scholarship of Teaching and Learning becomes more and more pronounced. Participation in the movement has become an important tool to improve teaching quality. Through the experience of Canada, the establishment of a multi-level linkage institutional framework, the integration of teaching academic and teacher development system, and the shift to the internally driven quality improvement paradigm can effectively accelerate the development of Scholarship of Teaching and Learning.
