摘要:
导生关系对研究生学术成长及心理健康至关重要。隐性冲突在导生关系中普遍存在,但并未得到重视和研究。研究生沉默与被动背后,存在许多不为人知的意义建构。期望和代沟形成的认知与诉求差,叠加“不必要、不敢、不愿”的隐形沟通屏障是导生隐性冲突的背景板,而搭载时间、话语、情感的微观权力运行是冲突生成的直接原因。导生隐性冲突投射出基于现代社会发展与转型的价值波动、工具理性侵蚀等因素造成的精神危机常态。
Abstract:
Mentoring relationship is very important for graduate students’ academic growth and mental health. Implicit conflict is ubiquitous in mentoring relationships, but it has not been paid attention to and studied. Behind the silence and passivity of graduate students, there are many unknown meaning constructions. The differences between the cognition and appeal formed by expectation and generation gap, and the invisible communication barrier imposed by “unnecessary, dare not, and unwilling” are the background plate leading to implicit conflicts. At the same time, the micro-power operation carrying time, discourse, and emotion is the direct cause of conflicts. The implicit conflicts between supervisors and graduate students reflect the spiritual crisis normality caused by value fluctuation and erosion of instrumental rationality in the development and transformation of modern society.
