网络教学环境是开展在线教学的基础,然而环境配置进入教育机构中并赋能在线教学,不仅需要提升其自身的功能,还需要考虑其他因素的影响。本文首先从网络教学环境的构成及其影响在线教学的研究文献中归纳了分析框架,然后对防疫期间职业院校开展在线教学的案例资料进行了文本分析,归纳凝练了职业院校网络教学环境赋能在线教学的影响因素及其作用关系。结果表明:职业院校网络教学环境赋能在线教学的影响因素包括在线教学的目标、在此目标引领下制定的政策和规定、支持在线教学的行政管理人员和技术支持人员。从案例中又归纳凝练了职业院校推进网络教学环境赋能在线教学的三种典型状态:初步探索、早期实现和全面行动,针对不同类型职业院校进一步推进网络教学环境赋能在线教学的策略提出了建议。
Abstract:
The online learning environment is the foundation of implementing online learning activities. Besides its own functionality, other factors also impact the online learning environment in facilitating online learning activities. This article first builds the structural framework by analyzing the studies on the constituent parts of the online learning environment and how they influence online learning activities. It then analyzes the case studies on online learning implementation in vocational colleges during Covid-19 pandemic in China, and summarizes the main factors that influence how the online learning environment facilitating the institutional implementation of online learning activities in vocational education and the relationship between these factors. The result shows that these factors include the objectives of online learning, policies and regulations corresponding to the learning objectives, and administrative and technical support to online learning. There are three typical states of constructing the online learning environment in vocational colleges to promote online learning: early exploration, preliminary implementation, and full-scale action. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions for different types of vocational colleges on strategies of improving online learning with the online learning environment.
