School culture provides a framework and tool to reflect on school management but is not the only entry point. In the process of school cultural construction from spontaneity to self-consciousness and from standardization to individuation, the “jungle of concepts” emerges, which triggers concerns and reflections from school management researchers and practitioners. Observing school management from the perspective of school cultural construction, we are concerned more that there is still a long way to go from the “jungle of concepts” and the “jungle of management theories.”We have been traversing the bush made of basic and prevailing problems in school management, expecting to acquire and increase the sense of security and certainty from the inverse entropy power in management. We have to plant trees one by one as well as grass to cultivate jungles. What we need can be summed up with three points below: wording, practicing, and cultivating. Attempting to water the tree of school culture as part of educational theory jungles, we expect school management theories and practices to stand along with them as trees.
