摘要:
本文从美国全球胜任力的理论框架发展分析出发,对比我国全球胜任力发展研究的现状,并依托清华-伯克利深圳学院的实践案例,尝试总结出研究生全球胜任力培养的升级模式。研究生的全球胜任力培养应力争达到应用高级水平,能够在跨文化背景下有效与他人交流和合作,熟练使用外语学习、研究和工作,具有高度发达的多元化分析和反思能力,能在自己的专业领域参与全球议题和全球事务。这需要着重培养批判性和创造性思维、国际化专业能力和国际学术规范、世界通用语言和优秀文化传统以及世界领导力和全球使命感这四个维度的全球胜任力。
Abstract:
This paper attempts to construct a model of graduate global competence training. Firstly, it will start with an analysis of the development of the theories of global competence in the United States. Secondly, it will compare the current research on global competence development in China. Thirdly, it will propose an updated theoretical framework of global competence for academic postgraduates. Finally, it will construct an empirical study of the Tsinghua-Berkeley Shenzhen Institute. The global competency training of graduate students should strive to reach an advanced level of application. A qualified graduate student is required to effectively communicate and cooperate with others in a cross-cultural context in foreign languages, with highly developed diversified analysis and reflection skills to participate in global affairs in professional fields. Therefore, the educators should focus the cultivation of students’ abilities on four aspects: (a) Critical and creative thinking; (b) International professional competence and academic norms; (c) Universal language and outstanding traditional culture; (d) Global leadership and global sense.
