个人全面发展是社会主义社会的本质要求,也是马克思教育思想的核心,第四次工业革命方兴未艾的数字时代,技术与教育深度赋能将对这一思想产生颠覆性影响。进入新时代,新一轮技术变革将新构个人全面发展的现实载体,削弱制约个人全面发展的旧式分工,催生服务于个人全面发展的新兴产业,优化助力于个人全面发展的产业结构。然而,技术变革有其不确定性和无限可能性,新时代社会矛盾、技术异化、职业转换、社会关系异化等诸多因素都在挑战个人全面发展的实践逻辑,致使现代教育显得蹒跚跛行。立足时代新起点和第四次工业革命的技术趋势,未来教育也将在学科专业体系、教育组织形态、终身学习机制、教育治理模式等方面发生重大变革。

In the digital era in which the Fourth Industrial Revolution is in the ascendant, technology and education are mutually empowered and deeply integrated, which will have a subversive impact on the overall development of individuals. Driven by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, technological change will reconstruct the real carrier of all-round development of individual, weaken the division of labor within production institutions, promote new business forms that serve the overall development of individuals, accelerate industrial upgrading and career mobility, so as to accumulate reform forces for all-round development of individual. However, technological change has uncertainties and infinite possibilities. Many factors, such as social contradictions in the new era, technological alienation, career transformation, the contradiction between “individualization” and “socialization”, are challenging the practical logic of individual comprehensive development, which makes modern education appear to limp. Based on the new starting point of the times and the technological trend of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, education in the future will also have great changes in specialty system, educational organization form, lifelong learning system and educational governance model, etc.
