建设命运共同体是推进职业教育发展以及人才培养模式改革的必然选择。理论上,实体性存在是共同体建设的现实依据,规范性取向是共同体建设的本质要求;实践中,共同体建设既是校企不同的治理逻辑使然,也是行业企业技能专用性的需求。从现实而言,校企命运共同体建构面临职业院校合作关系的依附性、治理模式单一、政府行政悖论等制度性困境,改革的关键是要强调实体性建设与规范性建设相统一,实现运行机制和治理范式的转变,建构命运相连、共同发展的校企新型合作关系。
Abstract:
Building a community of Shared future is the inevitable choice for the development of vocational education and the reform of talent training mode. Theoretically, the substantive existence is the realistic basis of community construction, and the normative orientation is the essential requirement of community construction. In practice, community construction is not only the result of different governance logic between school and enterprise, but also the demand for the skill specificity of the industrial enterprises. In reality, the construction of a community of Shared future between schools and enterprises is faced with the institutional dilemma such as the dependence of vocational colleges, the single governance mode and the paradox of government administration. The key to the reform is to emphasize the unity of substantive construction and normative construction, to realize the transformation of the operational mechanism and the governance pattern, and to construct a new cooperative relationship of fate connection and common progress between schools and enterprises.
