我国大学生职业设计的问题集中表现为盲目、被动、短视和守旧。解决这些问题的途径是:准确把握新时代大学生职业设计的基本原理,推动大学生职业设计朝着有利于个性发展的方向发展;从人格基础、家庭干预、学缘干预、社会干预、目标导向等多场景出发,选择个性化的职业设计策略与方法。无论哪种场景,都以遵从法律和社会伦理为底线。

The problems college students’ career design in China are mainly blindness, passivity, nearsightedness and conservatism. The ways to solve these problems are grasping the basic principles of the career design of college students in the new era, urging the career design of college students to develop towards the direction favorable to personality development, and applying personalized multi-scenario career design strategies and methods based on students’ personalities, family intervention, education related structure, social intervention and object orientation. In any scenario, the bottom line is compliance with the law and social ethics.
