摘要:: 随着创新范式转型和国家经济社会发展战略转型，大学的功能、概念与内涵也随之演进和拓展。在过去的40年间，美国高校逐步发展成为推动科技成果转化和创业孵化的重要抓手，成功实现大学资源与政府、产业、资本界的高效互动。本文以麻省理工学院为例，梳理其创业生态系统的特征, 包括协同组织模式、创新资助模式、产业联合研究和科技成果转化模式等，从中探析美国大学的产学研成功经验，以期为我国大学成果转化和创业孵化提供参考。

Abstract:: With the innovation paradigm transformation and the economic and social transformation，the functions, concepts and connotations of university have evolved and expanded. In the past 40 years, American colleges and universities have gradually developed into an important starting point for promoting the transformation of technological achievements and entrepreneurship incubation, and successfully realized the efficient interaction between university and the government, industry and capital circles. Taking Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics of its entrepreneurial ecosystem, including its collaborative organization model, innovation funding model, joint research model and technological achievements transformation model. It summarizes the successful experience of industry-university-research cooperation in the U.S., in order to provide useful perspectives for China’s practice.
