摘要:
围绕育人、升学和就业三大系统任务,学界现已形成大学预科、基础教育和复杂性质三种高中教育定位争论。运用系统思维方法分析可知,当前高中教育的定位困境是教育系统自身本体功能弱化、高中教育系统独特价值湮灭和高中教育系统结构价值冲突叠加作用的产物。可以通过正视教育系统的育人功能、重视高中教育系统的独特价值和关注教育定位的导向作用三种路径,达成对高中教育定位的合理认识。
Abstract:
Around the three systematic tasks of talent cultivation, college admission and employment, the academic circle has formed a debate on the orientation of three kinds of high school education: pre-university education, basic education and complex education. Applying a systematic thinking analysis, it can be seen that the current positioning dilemma of high school education is jointly resulted from the weakening of the ontology function of education system, the annihilating of the unique value of high school education system, and the value conflicts in high school education system. We can come to a reasonable understanding of high school’s positioning by facing the ontological function of education system, emphasizing on the unique value of high school education system, and paying more attention to the guiding role of education positioning.
