美国联邦教育部通过高等教育财政干预、高等教育项目实施、高等教育法规执行、高等教育信息监控等途径对美国高等教育的发展实施干预。借助典型案例解析当前美国教育部在评估高等教育机构财务、大学生财政援助、联邦援助计划资格认证、高等教育项目实践、保障大学生安全、高等教育信息公开等具体干预措施中存在的问题,可以揭示出具体问题的解决方式以及高等教育行政管理转向高效性和精简性的发展指向。

In virtue of the financial intervention of higher education, project implementation of the higher education, regulation enforcement of the higher education, and the information monitoring of higher education, the U.S. Department of Education has carried out interventions on the development of American higher education. In the form of case study, this study explores problems in specific intervention measures of the current American department of education in evaluation finance measures of higher education institutions, student financial assistance measures, federal assistance program certification measures, higher education project practices, security measures, the higher education students’ information disclosure measures and so on. It can be revealed that the solution of specific problems and the development direction of the higher education administrative management goes to be efficient and become streamline in the development direction.
