创业教育有效性的争议主要源于对创业教育的层次和目的的误解。本文首先介绍了创业教育的三个层次、目的、对象以及创业教育的时滞效应。然后依据计划行为理论(Theory of Planned Behavior, TPB)构建了测度通识型创业教育有效性的结构方程模型,并对通识型创业教育有效性进行实证。通过对香港三所高校411名参加过通识型创业教育和没有参加过创业教育的本科学生的调查数据的验证,发现参加过创业教育样本组的创业兴趣、社会声誉、创业能力及创业意愿的均值明显高于未参加创业教育的样本组。得出结论,通识型创业教育能够有效地提高学生的创业兴趣、社会声誉和创业能力,进而提高学生的创业意愿。

The controversy of entrepreneurial education effectiveness mainly stems from the misunderstanding of the levels and purposes of entrepreneurial education. This article first introduces the three levels, their purposes and the objectives as well as the time-lag effect of entrepreneurial education. Then the theory of planned behavior (TPB) was applied to propose a conceptual model with a view to test the effects of entrepreneurial education with empirical data. The research collected 411 sets of data from three universities in Hong Kong. The data was split into two groups: one group was the students exposed to entrepreneurship education, while the other was the non-trained group for comparison. The result shows that those students who exposed to entrepreneurship education had significantly higher levels of entrepreneurial attitudes and intentions than those in the non-trained group. The research demonstrates that the general entrepreneurial education to the university students is effective in terms of enhancing entrepreneurial intention.
