摘要:: 西部地区发展直接关系到我国全面建成小康社会的进程,西部高等职业教育肩负着推进西部发展的人才供给和专业支撑的重要使命。然而西部高职发展在文化观念、经费供给、师资队伍以及制度建设等方面存在诸多瓶颈,亟需加强政府统筹,加大投入力度,增强办学活力,深化课程教学,创新教师管理,健全监管体系。

Abstract:: The development of western areas is directly related to the effectiveness of building a well-off society. The higher vocational education in western areas has the responsibility of providing young talents and knowledge support to promote the development of western areas. However, many problems appear, such as cultural ecology, fund provisions, teaching staff and system construction. In order to solve these problems, the government should strengthen co-ordination and increase financial investment. Moreover, the vitality of running schools also should be enhanced, while the course teaching, teacher management and the supervision system should be improved.
