摘要:
美国公立大学问责的兴起反映了高校人才培养遇到的困境以及社会对于大学认识的转变。高等教育系统扩张带来了入学人数的增长与知识控制权力的转移,并导致了一系列结构性紧张。基于美国经验的分析,本文建构了大学问责动力机制的解释框架,并探讨了大学自主的脆弱性及其与问责发展的理论问题。
Abstract:
The rise of accountability in American public universities and colleges reflects the troubles in talents training and transformation of social understanding towards higher education. The expansion of higher education system has brought the growth of enrollment and the shift of knowledge control power, and led to a series of structural strain. On the basis of analyzing American experiences, this paper constructs the explanatory framework of dynamic mechanism in higher education accountability, and discusses the vulnerability of the university autonomy and its relation with the development of accountability.
