摘要:
教育评价改革是一项前沿性、世界性、历史性难题,是“破”与“立”的辩证关系体。新时代教育评价改革在历史、理论、实践、技术逻辑的系统交织中理性推进,是厚植教育评价功能和目的认知的迭代演进,承载以人为本和教育公平理论的评价自觉,合乎教育实践和评价实践需要的共同构筑,以及立足思维变革与智慧运行前沿的技术重塑。基于历史、理论、实践、技术四重逻辑管窥新时代教育评价改革的理性逻辑,对于理解和促进新时代教育评价改革意义重大。
Abstract:
Educational evaluation reform is a cutting-edge, worldwide, and historical difficulty and a dialectical relationship between “breaking” and “establishing.” It is an iterative evolution rooted in the recognition of the functions and purposes of educational evaluation, a self-awareness carrying the principals of people-oriented and educational equity, a joint construction to meet the needs of educational and assessment practices and a technical remodeling shaped by the frontiers of thinking change and intelligent operation. Exploring the rational logic of education evaluation reform in the new era from the perspectives of history, theory, practice and technology is of great significance to understand and promote education evaluation reform in the new era.
