摘要:
当代德国政治教育理论是德国学者对二战后德国政治教育、政治文化相互关系及其发展规律的理性认识所形成的知识体系,本文从政治属性、时代属性、本土属性、学科属性四个方面,阐述了当代德国政治教育理论的基本属性。其政治属性,体现为服务于政治教育这一特殊的“宪法保护方式”的思想体系和方法论体系,即在本质上服从服务于从公民政治文化建设方面维护德国资产阶级民主政治制度;时代属性表现为政治教育实践现实语境的产物,生成于对战后不同时期政治文化及政治教育面临的重大现实问题作出的思想回应的基础上;本土属性体现为“德国向度”的政治教育理论,具有显著的国别特征;学科属性体现为其隶属于教育学,是理论教育学在政治教育领域的运用,并呈现出多学科交叉特征。
Abstract:
Contemporary German civic education theory is a rational knowledge system of German scholars on civic education, the interrelationship of political culture and its law of development. This paper expounds the basic properties of contemporary German civic education theory from the following four aspects: political attribute, time attribute, local attribute and the attribute of subject. The embodiment of political attribute is that it provides an ideological and methodological system of civic education, which is essential to maintain the democratic political system of the German bourgeoisie. The attribute of times is the product of the practice of civic education, and it is born with the fact that all theories are constructed in response to the major practical problems that the political culture and civic education face in different periods. The local attribute is the “German orientation” civic education theory, which has significant national characteristics. The attribute of subject is embodied in its affiliation to pedagogy: It is the application of theoretical pedagogy in the field of citizen education and exhibits multidisciplinary characteristics.
