摘要:
高校大学生经济资助不仅是推动教育公平的有力保障,而且对大学生就业质量和就业满意度有重要影响。本文选用逻辑斯特计量模型实证分析国家奖学金、国家助学金、勤工助学岗位等,对被资助大学毕业生的就业机会、就业起薪、职位发展和就业满意度等有明显正影响;在正常情况下大学生国家贷款项目具有正影响作用,但过度追求贷款额度则存有负面影响的风险。稳步提高大学生资助的投入规模,适当规避过度贷款风险需要引起政府和高校的关注。
Abstract:
The financial aid for university/college students is not only a strong guarantee to promote education equity, but also has an important impact on the quality of college students’ employment and job satisfaction. This paper, relying on logistic model, shows that the national scholarships, state grants, and part-time jobs provided for students have significantly positive effects on their employment opportunities, starting salaries, position developments in the places of work as well as their job satisfactions. Under the normal conditions, the national loan program for university/college students has a positive effect on students who are from lower-income family backgrounds, however, the excessive pursuit of the credit loans may lead to a negative effect. Steadily increasing the scale of investments on university/college students and appropriately avoiding the risks of excessive loans should attract the attention of governments and universities.
