摘要:
丰富且高度结构化的知识结构和实践性、情境性的养成路径是获得技术技能专长的基础。从当代职业教育所承担的技能精英人才培养重任来看,探索技术技能专长的内涵和养成规律是职业教育发展的内在动力。职业教育视角下的专长重构为校企合作人才培养模式提供了合理性解释和发展的路径参考,而职业教育领域培养专长的探索也为丰富对专长理论的认识打开了新的空间。
Abstract:
A rich and highly structured knowledge structure, together with the practical and situational path, is the foundation of technical expertise acquisition. The contemporary vocational education aims to cultivate skilled elite talents. From this point of view, it is vocational education’s inner motivation to explore the connotation and the develop routines of technical expertise. The reconstruction of expertise from the perspective of vocational education provides a reasonable explanation and development path for the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation. In the meantime, the exploration of cultivating expertise in vocational education has opened a new space for enriching the understanding of the theory of expertise.
