通过学术史的梳理,结合学科分化发展进程,基于学术生态环境的视角,探讨学术歧视产生的深层次根源,总结了学术歧视的不同表现形式和类型,集中探讨了学科之间、学科内部和同行评议三个领域的学术歧视现象,提出从健全和落实法律保障、实行多元化学术评价、建立反歧视工作机制等方面缓减和防范学术歧视现象,优化学术生态环境,减少孤立、排斥、偏见和歧视等非理性情感因素对学术思想、学术资源和学术权利的影响,促进学术合作和学术创新,激发学术生产活动的内生活力。
Abstract:
Through the combing of academic history and combined with the development process of discipline differentiation, this paper explores the deep roots of academic discrimination and summarizes the different manifestations and types of academic discrimination based on the perspective of the academic ecological environment with a focus on discriminations across disciplines, within a discipline, and in the peer-review process. The paper suggests reducing and preventing academic discrimination by improving and implementing legal guarantees, implementing diversified academic evaluations, and establishing anti-discrimination work mechanisms. It is also necessary to optimize the academic ecological environment to reduce the impact of isolation, exclusion, prejudice, discrimination and other irrational emotional factors on academic thinking, academic resources, and academic rights. In this way, we can promote academic cooperation and academic innovation and stimulate the internal vitality of academic production activities.
