摘要:
修辞的本质是建构真理和知识、生成话语和权力的方式。基于修辞的基本特征,对教育政策文本进行修辞分析,可以阐释教育政策文本表达的修辞机制、探明教育政策文本背后的话语逻辑、凸显教育政策文本内部的权力构造、发现教育政策文本话语的生成机理。修辞学视角下教育政策文本分析内涵丰富、涉猎广泛,本文仅就教育政策文本中的政治浪漫主义、控制为例对其概念、词语、句子等进行修辞分析,探析教育政策文本分析中引入修辞研究的方法,通过修辞分析揭示其背后话语运作机制对政策制定者、政策接受者以及对政策实践效果的影响等,以期揭示教育政策文本话语背后的真正意图,使教育政策作为权威性价值分配的行动规则获得合法性与合理性。
Abstract:
The essence of rhetoric is to construct truth and knowledge and to generate discourse and power. Based on the basic characteristics of rhetoric, a rhetorical analysis of educational policy texts can explain the rhetoric mechanism of educational policy texts, prove the discourse logic behind educational policy texts, highlight the internal power structure of educational policy texts, and discover the generation mechanism of educational policy texts. From the perspective of rhetoric, the text analysis of education policy is rich in connotation and extensive in scope. This paper only analyzes the concept, words and sentences of the political romanticism and control in the text of education policy, and explores the methods of introducing rhetoric research into the text analysis of education policy. Through rhetorical analysis, it reveals the influence of the discourse operation mechanism behind it on policy makers, policy recipients, and the effect of policy practice, in order to reveal the true intention hidden behind the discourse of education policy texts, and make education policy obtain legitimacy and rationality as an authoritative value distribution rule of action.
