班集体作为我国高校独特的教育教学组织形式,是新中国成立后在诸多制度要素(高等教育学年制、统包制和政治辅导制)构建基础上才得以确立的。改革开放以来,我国高校班集体所赖以存在的核心制度要素发生了变迁。从符应论分析我国高校班集体制度变迁的趋势,发现作为一种社会化体系班集体从基于社会控制的外化式模式向基于个体构建的内化式模式转变。而从个体身份认同理论分析则发现加强学生的集体性身份认同,帮助他们完成与群体和社会进程的意义连接,既是我国高校班集体建设的教育目标,亦是我国高校班集体建设的路径选择的结论。
Abstract:
Class collective is a unique form of educational organization in Chinese universities. It was established after the People’s Republic of China was founded, based on the assembling of institutional elements such as Free Supply System, School Year System, and Political Counseling System in Chinese universities. Since the reform and opening up, the core institutional elements on which class collectives in Chinese universities rely have undergone changes. From the perspective of correspondence theory, this paper analyzes the trend of the transformation of the collective class system in Chinese universities, that is, the transformation from an externalized model based on social control to an internalized model based on individual construction. Based on the theory of individual identity, the conclusion is drawn that strengthening students’ collective identity and helping them complete the meaning connection with social groups and social movements is not only the educational goal but also the path choice of China’s universities to consolidate class collectives.
