学生学情发展趋势是学校人才培养质量的直接体现,探讨德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系下学生学情的时代特征及影响因素具有重要理论意义与政策意义。本文以清华大学为典型案例,使用抽样调查、聚类分析与回归分析等方法探讨本科生学情的新特征、新变化。研究发现学生德智体美劳全面发展趋势向好,学生学情多样化发展,形成全面成长型、科研创新型、红专兼备型、兴趣主导型等典型群体。与此同时,学生群体中也存在发展型群体,发展型群体比重达到1/3,显示出学生学情的多重面向。本文进一步探讨学生学情多样化的影响因素,发现学校育人工作和第二课堂建设等教育教学工作,学生高中类型和学习导向等个人特征共同形塑了学生学情。在实证分析基础上,本文从因材施教、评价体系和五育并举三个方面提出具体建议。
Abstract:
The trend of student learning and development directly reflects the quality of talent cultivation in schools. Investigating the characteristics and influencing factors of students’ learning and development in the education system that comprehensively cultivates morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor has important theoretical and policy implications. This paper takes Tsinghua University as a typical case and uses methods such as sampling surveys, cluster analysis, and regression analysis to explore the new characteristics and changes in undergraduate students’ learning and development. It finds that the comprehensive development trend of students in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor is improving, and students’ learning and development is diversifying, forming typical groups such as comprehensive growth-oriented, research and innovation-oriented, balanced “red and professional”, and interest-driven. At the same time, there is also a developmental group among students, accounting for one-third of the whole sample, reflecting the multiple dimensions of student learning and development. This paper further explores the influencing factors of the diversification of student learning and development and finds that the institution’s effort on talent cultivation, the construction of extracurricular activities, and personal characteristics such as high school type and learning orientation collectively shape students’ academic performance. Based on empirical analysis, this paper puts forward specific suggestions for the means of teaching according to students’ aptitude, the evaluation system, and the educational mode of “Educating Five Domains Simultaneously”.
