摘要:
东京大学跨学科教育是超智能社会的人才需求、政府的大学教育改革、大学教育功能重构多重逻辑耦合作用下的时代产物,其混合嵌入型模式建构是建基于理念引领、政策支撑、模式形塑的复杂系统工程。作为一种复合型人才培养创新与实践,东京大学创建了跨学科教学科研组织,形成了跨学科课程建设,加强了教师评价与成效评价,但也存在内涵建设与外延发展上的挑战与课题。借鉴东京大学经验,我国“双一流”建设高校应从跨学科视角科学制定复合型人才培养目标,构建跨学科教育课程体系、教学内容、培养方式以及组织模式,整体推出跨学科教育运行机制,提升一流人才培养能力,以培养担当民族复兴大任的新时代人才。
Abstract:
At the University of Tokyo, interdisciplinary education emerged as a result of synergistic alignment between the need for human resources capable of meeting the demands of a super-smart society, governmental reforms of university education, and the University’s own reconstruction of educational functions. Employing a hybrid embedded model, conceived through visionary leadership, supportive policy, and model development, this systemic initiative represents an innovative approach to fostering integrated teaching and research, structural curriculum design, and teacher evaluation to cultivate multifaceted human resources. Nonetheless, this approach presents difficulties associated with internal development and outreach promotion. By drawing upon the University of Tokyo’s experience, China’s “double first-class” universities could likewise establish ambitious interdisciplinary goals, and in so doing, construct interdisciplinary curriculum, teaching content, training methods, and organizational models enhanced by a comprehensive interdisciplinary educational mechanism to develop the capacity for cultivating top-notch talent in advancing national revitalization.
