摘要:
为更好应对全球科技战略博弈,美、欧等主要工业化国家一直着力探索工程教育系统变革路径,以加速实现工程技术创新。本文借鉴全球工程教育变革创新的先进经验,运用历史回溯法和关键事件分析方法,翔实梳理了美国工程教育研究发展演进的阶段性特征,深度总结了工程教育研究学术共同体中专业性社会组织、学术研究机构和高校学科组织三个核心主体的角色功能,提出应当构建有机融合社会网络、研究规范和专业培训等多重作用机制的工程教育研究学术共同体,进而推动建设与我国“新工科”教育改革、理论建构、专业实践和师资能力相匹配的社会支持系统。
Abstract:
To better respond to the global science and technology strategic game, major industrialized countries such as the US and the European countries have been striving to explore the systemic transformation paths of engineering education to accelerate the realization of engineering technological innovation. This article draws on the advanced experience of global engineering education reform and innovation, adopts Historical backtracking and Critical incident methods to comprehensively sort out the stage characteristics of the development and evolution of American engineering education research, and deeply summarizes the role functions and dynamic orientations of three core subjects-professional social organization, academic research agency, and institution academic organization-in the academic community of engineering education research, and proposed that we need to build an engineering education research academic community that organically integrates social networking, research normalizing, and professional training mechanisms to further promote the construction of the social support system that matches the educational reforms, theoretical construction, professional practices, and faculty competencies of China’s “New Engineering”.
