摘要:
乡村教师身份的公共属性主要指的是乡村教师作为公共知识分子所具有的公共性。作为“乡村的”教师及其所从事的教育事业为乡村教师身份的公共属性提供合理性支持;历史中乡村教师的角色为其公共属性的可能实现提供继承依据,乡村教师对新阶段乡村社会的重要价值是其公共属性可能实现的前提,法律政策为乡村教师承担公共责任提供直接保障。但是,目前乡村教师身份的公共属性遭遇了多方面的困境,使得乡村教师成为了疏离“乡村的”教师。因此,要实现乡村教师——作为、成为“乡村的”教师——身份的公共属性,就要重视对乡村教师公共性的培育和表达,并在乡村振兴背景下乡村教师作为“新乡贤”积极参与乡村社会公共事务。
Abstract:
The public attribute of rural teachers’ identity refers to the publicity of rural teachers as public intellectuals. As “a teacher” and a teacher “of the rural area,” the education career education they engage in provides the rationality for the public attribute of rural teachers’ identity. The role of rural teachers in history provides the inheritance basis for the possible realization of their public attributes; the critical value of rural teachers for the rural society is the premise of realizing their public attributes in the new era; and the laws and policies provide a direct guarantee for rural teachers to take public responsibilities. However, the public attributes of rural teachers’ identity suffer from the lack of public cultivation in the training process, the lack of public expression in the education and teaching process, and the straits that rural teachers’ opportunities to participate in rural social public affairs have been reduced, which make rural teachers become teachers alienated from “rural”. Therefore, it is necessary to emphasize the public attributes of rural teachers—being and becoming teachers “of the rural area”, which requires attention to cultivating and facilitating their public awareness, expression of publicity in educational practices, and active participation in the public affairs of rural society as “new townsfolk” under the background of rural revitalization.
