摘要:
多伦多大学与麦吉尔大学是加拿大顶尖大学,也是世界一流大学。其卓越高效的招生考试制度得益于良性的制度环境,即软联邦制的政治环境、多元文化主义的文化环境和基础教育均衡发展的教育环境。在招考制度运作中,两所顶尖大学采用“和而不同”的申请模式、“分类引流”的招生模式和“多元一体”的录取模式,体现出鲜明的特点,对我国双一流大学招生考试改革具有启示和借鉴价值。加强高中教育与高等教育的有效衔接,在确保学术筛选公平性的基础上确保生源的多样性,注重纳入学生课内成绩和社会化考试成绩,推动一流大学内部生源的校际流动。
Abstract:
The University of Toronto and McGill University are top universities in Canada and the world. Their excellent and efficient enrollment and examination system benefits from a benign institutional environment which is composed of the political environment of soft federalism, the cultural environment of multiculturalism, and the educational environment of balanced development of basic education. In the operation of the system, the two top universities adopted the “harmonious but different” application model, the “classified drainage” enrollment model, and the “multiple integration” enrollment model, showing distinctive features, showing implications for the reform of the entrance examination for top universities in China. That is to strengthen the effective connection between high school education and higher education, ensure the diversity of student sources based on fairness on academic screening, pay attention to the inclusion of student’s in-class scores and socialized test scores, and promote the students mobility within top Chinese universities.
