摘要:

创业型大学已经发展成为高等教育研究中不可忽视的重要领域之一。近40年的研究历程表明其重心已逐步从探讨宏观价值转向摸索微观的实践路径。然而，对于其研究的重要前提——创业型大学身份特征，理论界着力不多，以致其概念界定至今仍然模糊不清，研究者各执一词，对不同社会历史背景下大学、政府和企业间的关系缺乏确切认识，更在一定程度上影响了创业型大学的改革和实践。目前，大学新旧身份的矛盾与冲突、全球化背景下多数大学面临的双重身份张力以及大学身份的独特性和同质化并存等矛盾使得创业型大学的改革之路备受争议。摆脱对西方创业型大学模式的价值探讨和理论分析的桎梏，探索适合我国文化传统和制度特点的创业型大学改革之路，是当下我国高等教育研究的任务。

Abstract:

Entrepreneurial universities have developed into one of the important areas that cannot be ignored in higher education research. Research in the past 40 years has shown that its focus has gradually shifted from exploring macro values to exploring micro-practical paths. However, for the important premise of its research, that is, the identity characteristics of entrepreneurial universities, the research community still has not much effort, so that its definition of the concept is still unclear due to researchers have their own opinions. As a result, there is a lack of a precise understanding of the external relations between universities, governments, and industries in different social and historical contexts, and to a certain extent, it has affected the reform and practice of entrepreneurial universities. At present, the contradiction and conflict between the old and new identities of universities, the dual identity tension faced by most universities under the background of globalization, and the uniqueness and homogeneity of university identities make the reform of entrepreneurial universities highly controversial. It is the task of higher education research in China to get rid of the shackles of the value exploration and theoretical analysis of the Western entrepreneurial university model and find the reform path of the entrepreneurial university that truly suits our cultural traditions and institutional characteristics.
