摘要:
继知识社会、知识经济之后,知识民主作为一种理念,于20世纪90年代初被正式提出,并逐渐在全球范围内兴起。知识民主有着多重内涵,主要包括强调认识论和知识类型的多元化、知识创造与表征方式的多样性、知识的社会功用性,以及知识分享的开放获取。在知识民主理念下,高校传统的科研活动与体系需要进行全方位的变革,包括研究主体囊括大学学者与普通公众,研究范式融合实证研究与行动研究,研究取向整合学科知识与应用知识,学术评价兼顾学术影响力与社会影响力。更深层次地讲,知识民主理念重塑了高校知识生产的主体、方式、类型以及目的。
Abstract:
Following the concepts of knowledge society and knowledge economy, the idea of knowledge democracy was put forward in the early 1990s and gradually emerged worldwide. Knowledge democracy has multiple connotations, of which include the emphasis about the pluralism of epistemology, the diversity of knowledge creation and representation, the social use of knowledge, and the open access to knowledge sharing. The idea of Knowledge democracy poses new challenges to the traditional system of university scientific research. It demands that the main body of research combine scholars and general public, the research paradigm combine positive research and action research, the research orientation combine discipline knowledge and applied knowledge, and the academic evaluation combine academic impact and social impact. In essence, the idea of knowledge democracy reshapes the main bodies of knowledge production, the methods of knowledge production, the forms of knowledge production, and the aims of knowledge production in higher education institutions.
