摘要:
拔尖人才培养在我国人才强国战略中有着举足轻重的地位。本文从范式和模型两个方面,回顾和总结了国际学界对于高层次、高能力、高成就学生的教育模式的研究观点和理论,为促进我国教育现代化进程中各阶段拔尖人才的培养提供借鉴与参考。
Abstract:
The cultivation of innovative talents plays an important role in China’s strategy of strengthening the country through talents cultivation. This paper reviews and summarizes the paradigms and models from international research on the cultivation of gifted, high-ability, as well as high-achievement students. The paper aims to provide implications for the K-12 educational programs, colleges, and universities in terms of the cultivation of innovative talents so as to accelerate the education modernization in China.
