“拔尖计划”1.0实施10周年之际,本文分析评价“拔尖计划”试点高校在人才培养上的举措以及整体的培养成效。各试点高校建立了合理的遴选机制、动态流动机制,以选拔有志于从事科学研究且有创新潜质的学生。在培养过程中,以提升课程的前沿性和挑战性、小班化教学等促进拔尖学生深度学习,强调学术训练从而培养学术研究能力。就资源支持而言,注重学术造诣良好的教师深入到人才培养一线;支持国际化培养,鼓励学生到国外学习、科研和锻炼,提升了学生的学术视野和全球视野。“拔尖计划”学生大部分继续深造,很多学生在本科阶段已经表现出很好的学术潜质,在学术产出方面崭露头角。本文也据此就“拔尖计划”2.0的提出了深化建议。
Abstract:
On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the National Initiative 1.0 on Top-notch Student Cultivation in Math and Science, this paper analyzes and evaluates the implementation and overall effects of the pilot programs in pilot universities. The pilot universities have established a reasonable admission and reorientation mechanism to recruit students who are devoted to scientific research and who have the potential for innovation. In the cultivation process, these universities dedicate in improving students’ deep learning by setting up advanced and highly challenging curriculum and promoting small class teaching. Students’ academic research ability is also improved with the enriched academic experiences. In terms of resource support, faculty with outstanding academic attainments are encouraged to work in the frontline of talent cultivation; students are supported to study board in order to enhance their academic vision and global vision. Most students in the Top-notch programs continue to pursue post-graduate studies, many of whom have shown great academic potential in their undergraduate studies and have made their mark in academic output. The paper also puts forward some suggestions for the National Top-notch Initiative 2.0 based on the above findings.
