- 以习近平同志为核心的党中央为我国高等教育谋篇布局，绘制出“双一流”建设蓝图。随着建设高校及建设学科名单的公布，我国“双一流”建设正式转入推进实施阶段，各建设高校聚焦点也转向以建设为重。由于评价对建设的导向作用，“双一流”建设的评价问题成为大学关注热点。本文提出具有中国特色的世界一流大学建设评价体系“一个目标”“两个策略”“三个视角”“四个结合”“五个维度”的评价内涵，构建了创新理念的建设成效指数，引导各建设高校静下心来搞建设，聚焦培养一流人才、产出一流成果、促进社会发展、引领文化方向、参与全球治理五个方面重点发力，为实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标和中华民族的伟大复兴作出卓越贡献。
- Abstract:
- This paper proposes the evaluation connotation of “one goal”, “two strategies”, “three perspectives”, “four combinations” and “five dimensions” of the world-class university construction evaluation system with Chinese characteristics, and builds the construction of innovative ideas. The effectiveness index guides all the construction colleges to calm down and build themselves, focusing on cultivating first-class talents, producing first-class achievements, promoting social development, leading cultural direction, and participating in global governance, mainly for the realization of the “two” one hundred goals and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.
