加快建立科技发展、国家战略需求牵引的学科专业设置调整机制和人才培养模式是教育、科技、人才一体推进的重大举措,工程专业领域设置调整优化是重塑工程硕博士培养体系的重要基础。基于32所国家卓越工程师学院建设高校2025年硕士研究生招生目录,通过招生专业信息提取8种工程类专业学位领域设置数据,研究分析工程专业领域设置布局现状及结构特点,对工程专业领域设置调整需处理的若干基本关系进行探讨。围绕教育强国建设背景下工程专业领域设置调整优化方面的基本问题,向高校、工程专业学位教指委、教育行政部门等关键主体提出政策建议。

Accelerating the establishment of a discipline and program adjustment mechanism and a talent training model driven by scienti?c and technological progress and national strategic needs is a major initiative to advance the integrated development of education, science and technology, and talent. The adjustment and optimization of engineering professional degree fields serve as an important foundation for reshaping the training system for master’s and doctoral engineering students. Based on the 2025 master’s degree admission brochures of 32 universities undertaking the construction of National Excellent Engineer Colleges, this study extracts data on the configuration of eight engineering professional degree fields from admission program information. It examines the current layout and structural characteristics of engineering professional degree?elds, discusses several fundamental relationships to be handled in their adjustment, and puts forward policy recommendations for key stakeholders including universities, the National Steering Committee for Engineering Professional Degree Education, and educational administrative authorities, focusing on fundamental issues concerning the adjustment and optimization of engineering professional degree ?elds against the backdrop of building a strong country in higher education.
