摘要:
数智教师教育硕士、博士人才培养是应对人工智能与大数据技术重塑教育生态的必然要求。应在教师教育学科化发展基础上,借鉴全球教师教育高级学位融合研究与实践、强化公平导向与技术赋能等趋势,推动设立独立的数智教师教育硕士、博士专业学位。其核心在于构建“技术-教育-伦理”三元融合的培养体系,通过超学科课程模块、虚实结合的实践场域、双导师制及动态能力认证,培养兼具智能技术应用能力、教育生态构建力和伦理反思力的高层次复合型教育领导者,以引领未来教育系统性变革与高质量发展。
Abstract:
The cultivation of graduate-level talents in digital-intelligent teacher education is an imperative response to the reshaping of the educational ecosystem by artificial intelligence and big data technologies. Building on the disciplinarization of teacher education and drawing on global trends toward research-practice integration, equity orientation, and technological empowerment in advanced degrees, it is essential to establish independent professional degrees (Master’s and Doctorate) in digital-intelligent teacher education. Its core lies in constructing a tripartite training system integrating “technology, education, and ethics.” Through transdisciplinary curriculum modules, integrated virtual-physical practice fields, a dual-mentor system, and dynamic competency certification, the program aims to cultivate high-level (interdisciplinary) educational leaders who possess intelligent technology proficiency, the ability to construct educational ecosystems, and ethical reflexivity, thereby leading systemic transformation and high-quality development in future education.
