在大科学时代,科技、经济与社会高度协同,呈现出科学发展不确定性加剧、知识生产与传播变革、学科交叉融合凸显、科研生态协同化及共同体形成等突出特征。当前高校人才培养目标与大科学时代的要求存在适配性差距,具体表现为对人的全面发展的学理性阐释缺乏系统性,过于依赖学科专业导致培养目标本体性偏移,素质教育和通识教育在技术冲击下逐渐式微和异化等。为此,高校人才培养目标需以核心素养为稳固基础,应对不确定性的挑战;以自我发展为根本,迎接技术驱动的知识革命;以文化基础为主干,适应学科融合趋势;以社会参与为支撑,融入社会协同化生态。

In the era of Big Science, science and technology, economy, and society are highly synergistic, exhibiting prominent features such as increased uncertainty in scientific development, transformations in knowledge production and dissemination, highlighted interdisciplinary integration, collaborative research ecosystems, and the formation of scholarly communities. Currently, there exists an adaptation gap between the talent cultivation objectives of higher education institutions and the demands of the Big Science era. This gap is manifested in the lack of systematic theoretical interpretation of holistic human development, over-reliance on disciplinary specialties leading to an ontological deviation in cultivation goals, and the gradual decline and alienation of quality-oriented education and general education under technological impact. To address these issues, the talent cultivation objectives of higher education institutions should be anchored in key competencies as a solid foundation to tackle the challenges of uncertainty; rooted in self-development to embrace the technologically driven knowledge revolution; centered on a cultural foundation as the backbone to adapt to the trend of disciplinary integration; and supported by social participation to integrate into the collaborative social ecosystem.
