谱系学方法由于其经典的“知识-权力”解释模型成为西方教育政策话语研究领域中一种重要的分析工具,而在国内教育政策研究领域应用十分受限,因而有必要进行本土化改造。在回顾19世纪80年代以来谱系学方法发展脉络的基础上,可析出谱系学方法的四大构成要素:话语、文本、知识和权力。基于此,结合我国国情包括教育体制改革、教育政策体系及其变革,构建了适合我国教育政策话语研究的谱系学分析的研究路径:教育政策历史演进分析、教育政策语言形式分析、教育政策话语谱系构建以及教育政策发展趋势分析。

The genealogical method has become an important analytical tool in the field of Western educational policy discourse research because of its classical knowledge-power interpretation model. However, its application in domestic educational policy research is very limited, necessitating adaptation to local contexts. On the basis of reviewing the development of genealogical theory and method since 1980s, four core elements of this method can be identified: discourse, text, knowledge, and power. Based on this, combined with China’s national context—including the reform of the educational system, the educational policy system and its changes—a genealogical analytical framework suitable for domestic research on educational policy discourse is constructed. This framework includes four research paths: analysis of the historical evolution of educational policy, analysis of the linguistic form of educational policy, construction of the genealogy of educational policy discourse, and analysis of the development trend of educational policy.
