教育的转化指的是教育在适应社会经济发展与科技进步的要求的同时,根据教育的自身逻辑,将社会对教育过程的外部影响转变为教育服务与支撑社会经济发展的功能与力量的过程与内在机制。这是教育强国建设支撑中国式现代化的基本逻辑与重要路径之一,是实现教育的战略属性的重要路径,也是切实认识与落实教育的社会功能的必要途径。这种教育的转化是一种历史的产物,具有深厚的社会基础与鲜明的时代特征。根据中国教育改革发展的实际与教育的自身逻辑,这种教育转化在学校教育教学内容与知识体系方面的反映主要表现为将教育之外的各种目的与要求的具体内容转化为教育过程中的基础知识与基础理论以及基础素养的基础取向;将教育之外存在的分散的或局部的各种目的与要求进行必要的梳理与综合,进而转化为教育过程中具有系统化与循序渐进的各种具体形态的教育秩序与活动的综合取向;以及将教育之外的各种目的与要求转化为教育活动中引导学生学习、思考与探索的各种问题,并通过这种具有创新性的问题导向,进一步促进创新人才的出现与学生创新素质的培养的问题取向。这种教育的转化丰富拓展了教育基本理论,并且对教育的改革发展具有非常重要的现实意义。

The transformation of education refers to the process and internal mechanism in which education, while adapting to the requirements of social and economic development and technological progress, based on its own logic, transforms the external influence of society on the educational process into the function and force of education in serving and supporting social development. This is one of the fundamental logics and important paths for building an education power to support Chinese-style modernization, an important way to realize the strategic attributes of education, and also a necessary approach to truly understand and implement the social functions of education. This transformation of education is a product of history, with a profound social foundation and distinct characteristics of the times. According to the actual situation of China’s educational reform and development and the inherent logic of education, the reflection of this educational transformation in the content and knowledge system of school education and teaching mainly manifests as the transformation of the specific contents of various purposes and requirements outside of education into the basic knowledge, basic theories and basic literacy orientation in the educational process. It is necessary to integrate and sort out the various scattered or local purposes and requirements existing outside of education, and then transform them into a comprehensive orientation of various specific forms of educational order and activities that are systematic and progressive in the educational process, as well as to transform the various purposes and requirements outside of education into various issues that guide students to learn, think and explore in educational activities. And through this innovative problem-oriented approach, it further promotes the emergence of innovative talents and the cultivation of students’ innovative qualities with a critical orientation. This transformation of education enriches and expands the basic theories of education and has very important practical significance for the reform and development of education.
