- 国家卓越工程师学院建设是中国高等教育发展中的一项新生事物,也是世界工程教育发展中的一个创举,对推动中国特色、世界水平工程师教育培养体系建设将发挥不可替代的作用。国家卓越工程师学院在建设过程中必将遇到在中国工程教育史上前所未有的问题和挑战,本文在充分调研的基础上,从10个方面依次对17个问题和挑战进行分析,进而提出相应的解决问题和应对挑战的对策建议,以期为开展国家级和省市级卓越工程师学院建设的高校提供建议和参考。
- Abstract:
- Construction of the National Institute of Outstanding Engineers is a new development in China’s higher education and a pioneering initiative in engineering education in the world. It will play an irreplaceable role in promoting the establishment of an engineering education and training system with Chinese characteristics and of world-class standards. During the construction of the National Institute of Outstanding Engineers, it will encounter unprecedented problems and challenges in the history of engineering education in China. Based on thorough investigation, this paper analyzes 17 problems and challenges across 10 aspects, and subsequently proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to address these issues. It is intended to provide suggestions and references for universities engaged in building national and provincial-level institutes of outstanding engineers.
